NEED HELP FROM A GOOD SAMARITAN

HI IM A 24 YRS OLD FEMALE, I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL PERSONALITY N BEAUTIFUL OUTWARD APPEARANCE, BUT I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM AND ITS MY MOUTH, IM EMBARRASED TO TALK AND EMBARRASED TO SMILE, JUST BY LOOKING AT ME ONE WOULD THINK, SHE'S SO PRETTY BUT WHEN I SMILE THEY WOULD THINK TOTALLY DIFFERENT, THIS ISSUE MAKES ME EXTREEMELY SELF CONTIOUS N INSECURE, I ALMOST NEVER SMILE EVEN IF SOMETHING IS FUNNY AND I WANT TO I JUST HOLD IT IN.. I VISITED THE DENTIST RECENTLY AND WAS TOLD VARIOUS TOOTHS WAS INFECTED AND MY BODY IS CONSTANTLY FIGHTING INFECTIONS AND THATS A SERIOUS MATTER THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY, ALSO HE HAS TO REMOVE 3 TOOTHS FROM THE FRONT OF MY MOUTH BECAUSE THEY ARE UNFIXABLE, I HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE BUT ITS OF NO HELP BC I STILL HAVE TO COME UP WITH MONEY OUT OF POCKET, AND I CANT AFFORD IT, I WORK A REGULAR JOB THAT JUST PAYS MY BILLS N BUYS MY FOOD, THE COST OF FIXING MY ENTIRE MOUTH IS $4890.00, BUT I JUST WANNA FIX MY SMILE WHICH COST $2890.00. IF THERES ANYONE OUT THERE GENEROUS ENOUGH TO HELP ME, I WOULD BE THE HAPPIEST PERSON ALIVE, LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM ANYONE WHO CAN BE OF ASSISTANCE...YOUR HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED AND WOULD MAKE A MAJOR DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE..

hi, my name is michelle, im 41 years old and have 2 kids. i have a problem that i just cant live with anymore. its kind of gross so i hope no one is offended by this. its also hard to write about and embarrasing. when i had my son 13 years ago,i developed a tear between the rectum and vagina,,i found this out one night while i was watching tv and felt something coming out of my vagina. i went to bathroom,,and discovered it was feces. i of course called the emergency room. i talked to a doctor who later explained to me that i had a recto vagina fistula. i had no insurance so i just learned to live with the problem, which was occasional leaking of feces into vagina and coming out. but i learned to live with it. that was 13 years ago. well 4 years ago i got a good job with insurance etc...finally just a year ago i decided to try and fix this problem. i went to a doctor here in town and he said yes he could fix it. the surgery was that following monday..i went in,,excited that i could be normal again. after the surgery i was off work of course,,and 3 days later i was going to bathroom and knew the surgery didnt work..only now the full feces was coming out the vagina,,not just leaking,,i went in to doctor. he checked me and said everything had ripped out. he had cut the tear bigger to sew it up..so i was left with a big gaping hole. and then said i need to see a specialist,,,well i couldnt go back to work ,,the smell,,the bowell movements from vagina etc...so of course,,,no more insurance,,,i now live constantly cleaning myself,,bathing,,sometimes ill go to store or somewhere and have accidents. i cant have sex with my husband,,cant go camping,,,go to pool,,,nothing anymore. ive applied for medicaid through the state,,,and denied...i need help to get this fixed,,i cant live this way anymore. ive contacted lawyers to see if the doctor di malpractice,,but they say its been to long,,,that the doctor 13 years ago was the one who started the problem. i would appreciate any help available,,,thankyou for listening,,and i hope no one got sick from hearing this,,

dental help

hi everyone  ive been searching for help with my teeth for years to no avail i am the mother of three children and have always neglicted my dental needs because i simply cant afford it my kids are my first priority ...it all started about seven years ago when i was about 22 one of my fillings in my tooth came out and then that tooth rotted ...this has happened with most of my back teeth and side ones also ...so i only have my front teeth....i can never smile am embarrased to talk in front of people (i workd with the public) ive heard my coworkers saying rude things and laughing about my teeth ....my teeth are chipped (the ones on the sides) and it hurts my tongue so bad this is so depressing u cant imagine then on top of that today i got a letter from the landlord saying she is about to start the eviction process i told her i can pay rent next week and i wasnt able to pay because i wanted my kids to have an xmas plus had to make sure my car got fixed so ive done that and now rent hasnt been paid i am so drained ..sitting here stressed about my teeth and my rent (sigh)
